At 10:30 pm election officials at the Arcadia City Council Chambers released the vote-by-mail (VBM) unofficial tally. Incumbant Bob Harbict took the lead with 2590 followed by Mickey Segal with 2503, Peter Amundson with 2132, Paul Cheng with 1393, Sho Tay with 1354 and Jason Lee with 890 votes.
